Themed Resilience in Building Management, the 4th seminar in this series continued with the next installment to explore the evolving landscape of strata governance, aging infrastructure, and strategic reinvention, offering invaluable perspectives to help navigate today’s challenges and shape tomorrow’s solutions.

Speakers shared on a variety of topics from a deep dive into the Stata Management Act to the Urban Renewal Act from both owners’ and developers’ perspectives. Building managers must certainly be resilient to rethink how to manage aging buildings as well as to deliver possible solutions when design does not meet reality.
